Most of the crane applications now are being upgraded from slip ring motor technology to advanced VVFD technology. These sophisticated control systems are generally placed in e-room enclosures. The electrical panels are exposed to elevated temperatures and harsh environments of the industrial work place. The heat load generated by VVFD’s & other electrical devices installed in these control panels can work efficiently only up to 40-45 ºC.
ATMOS heavy duty panel air conditioners are designed for direct fitment into these control panels without using an e-room. With intensive R&D and study of modern electrical panels ATMOS panel air conditioners promise durability with high performance even at ambient temperatures up to 90 ºC.
