Positive pressurization is essential in applications where the dust levels are extremely high & hazardous for human inhalation & can cause severe damage to electrical drives & equipment installed inside the enclosure. Generally in highly dusty areas like mining environments, density of dust and other particulates are higher in the air & stay in suspended form.To avoid this impure and dusty air to enter in the room or enclosure, positive pressurization unit is used which maintains the inside room pressure higher than the outside pressure, in which case the door of the room is opened the air from the ambient doesn’t enter the pressurized enclosure.
